Where can you get those big whip aerials that were popular with CBers in the 70s. eBay doesn't seem to have anything!

n not sure of how this one goes but im sure its www.4x4cb.com i use thunderpole they even phoned me other day when i made mistake on order to find out if that was what i actually wanted -

Back in 1977 a Bedford van passed me as I was walking down the street, his whip aerial was flying around and it hit me in the groin. I had to go to casualty. The doctor examined me and said that I had van aerial disease!

There used to be a CB shop just down the road
from the Rover works at Longbridge, which I suppose is not too far from Malvern. I'll ask my mate and see if he knows wether it is still there.Last edited by Andy353; 9 July 2007, 22:11.Comment
