i know google archives pages it searches. eg it systematically goes through trying to do every page on the web and keeps a copy in its files

dont use yahoo anymore but they are the same company i think.

if i was to type in some birds name at work in google (got bored) it brings up all this military document stuff about what they are doing in irag/ afghanistan, 3 in total
