Yep, Toyota put it there for appearance sake only. I did notice I didn't lift a wheel at all in Wales last weekend too...
funny that,not like the last time you were there as i remember.but the funny thing about that was,no one got any pics or vids of it,i saw it and it would of been awsome.mind you i was only about two foot away from your truck at the time.hehehehhe

here is the finished lift and the side steps have been taken off to make it look that bit higher

for the help I think this sounds for me just wondered how difficult (I'm electrical/mechanical maintenance engineer) it is and if you had any more technical details on how to go about thanks mate
