BT suggested that her ADSL filter may be blocked with dirt cos she hasn't used it for a while and would need replacing!!

Enjoy talking to their call centre in India?
I spent a whole week shouting at them, until they listerned!!
Thats why in September I'm changing, don't know who to yet, but I'm changing!

Must say, the only people I would be caught dead with is Demon these days. That's who I use. It's a business connection, granted, but their tech dept is superb. I honestly couldn't fault them if I tried. May not be the cheapest, but rock solid.
