Trailer help

This trailer from an ex-mod dealer would suit my needs but it has a Nato hitch and military lights.

How hard would it be to shove a standard hitch and lights on it? I'm down in Grantham at the weekend and could bring one back if I could make the changes sharpish!

Cheers, That's all I need? Great. Anyone know about the electrics? I'm wondering if the military lights would meet Road rules, illuminated number plate etc. Guess a trailer board would do.
