From what I read (which was only parts, as it's long and full of boring stuff) it does appear that Veg Oil may increase some emissions levels, and reduce others. But it's not conclusive as the test is based on 2 cars, and neither car produced the same results (in fact some results were contradictory).
An interesting study, but needs to be much more extensive before it can be considered indicative of the effects of Veg Oil use.

Having used high ratio of veg oil for quite a while now, i dod not think it would reduce emissions only make emissions which are emitted much safer, due to being veg and not fossil fuel.

It does. The main pollutant emissions are reduced, but there are one or two emissions which are higher than when running on derv. Can't remember the in's and out's specifically, but there's a lot of info knocking about on the various biodiesel/SVO sites regarding it if anyone's interested.
I can't see these socialists cutting any taxes. The new chancellor needs to increase them to pay for Gordons profligate waste of the revenues he has been stealing since he has been in No 11.
I'd be amazed at the gullibility of the next holder of this office. He really is going to cop it for Labours tax and spend policies. We'll be the ones to pay for it though.
