can any one tell me (an idjiot) how to attach a picture from the above programme, used to use picasso but now have a new pc

re-install piccasa, free download from google. photoshop great program but picassa easier to use to upload & link pics.

i have photoshop 7, and photoshop cs2 (it was the latest one out before they just bought out the new CS3)
if you need them let me know.
i uploaded 7 for someone on here a little while ago but dont think he used it. its still available to download i think

i onyl just found out there is a photos webpage builder in photoshop elements, than resizes photos and creates thumbnails automatically,
one just points out an input folder with photos and destination folder

Save as a .jpeg and do what you want with it.
An easy way of reducing the file size for uploading is to go to the file dropdown list and chose save for web you can then see when you begin to lose quality.
Or at least it is in Photoshop
