Another Rear Window Problem

Only me , just bin the surf today and the rear window is moving slightly up and down by about a 1cm when i press the buttonand on the key but thats it? do i have the dreaded broken rear window syndrome?

something that worked for me was after i had cleared runners out and lubed all the moving parts, i sprayed the window rubber with silicone spray,and ias long as i do that about once a fortnight its fine
