Think UK 4Runners used GX and GS as trim levels. The 4Runners pictured on that link are Surfs. Major clue is the mirror on the wing.

i think the info give on them is somewhat sketchy.
one is listed as both petrol and 3.0TD at the same time.
a trip down the M1 methinks.
