Well after having a living nightmare of trying to locate some tyres for my truck in the tread pattern I want, I was left with two choices, as everywhere I tried couldn't get the size I wanted.
Either get them from Force4 on the net, which stored your bank details for the next time you used them (erm, I don't think so) or ATS Euromaster just down the road.
I went there yesterday and gave them three makes of the tyres I'm interested in. One they didn't do, the other I would have to wait and the ones I've got were ordered last night and are now sitting up there ready for me to get put on.
I have now bought 4 Bridgestone Dueler A/T 694's in 265/70R/15 112 S.
Cost £93.61 per tyre inc valve, balance and disposal.
I'm going to book it into Frogs Island 4X4 to get the camber/caster/toe-in and out sorted out. Can't afford them wearing on the insides again. I got all the specs printed off by my mate at Toyota, so I will hand them the specs and get it sorted. Now I know what the standard suspension settings are, I'm going to look at that also. Then get MOT booked for Thurs or Fri.
I will get some photo's when I get back.
