Honest reliable garage

I live in Worcestershire and would liek to get my vehicle serviced by a trustworthy garage. Does any one know if such a thing exists? It does not have to be a specialist garage as I only want the oil changed and a basic service. I get annoyed when you get the bill and they also charge you for filling up the screenwash especially if you only did it a few days before.
