  • Your Opinions on Tyres

OK it's coming up to time to change my tyres on the Surf. Been ringing around and the possibilities are as follows. I'm going to fit Mud Terrains 31x10.5x15.

    1. BFG MTs
    2. Goodyear Wrangler MTR
    3. Cooper Discoverer STT

or go for some Remoulds like

    4. Bronco Mud Terrain or Grizzly Claw
    5. Colway Mud Terrain

What do you all think, what is your experience.

    Cheers

had my colway's a month now and haven't had a problem... people don't like the thought of them being remoulds, but hey, they're half the price!
not too noisy, just a hum (sounds like wheel bearing!)

i have a set of road tyres too so i don't use them too much on the road.
nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

not sure on individual price, but with the steel wheels for a set of 4, it was just under £400... but that included some extra delivery cos i wanted them on a saturday.

Virtually zilch, just a bit of noise on hard cornering when the side lugs really hit the tarmac.
