I had to get the Pool Man round to fix the leaking pump . I could have done it myself but he said if I had turned the wrong valves I could have emptied the pool !
Solar panels are broken , new ones needed and a pump.
1 of the garage doors is broken , needs new rollers .
The list has started , but not complaining . You can never buy a place that needs nothing doing to it , but would have been nice.
As for projects , not thought of many yet
