You can ring and ask, but i think the reply may be a touch abrupt when you mention 'toyota surf' . To be honest i never want to have dealings with them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the sequence of events and conversations etc between them and both myself and joker is elsewhere on this forum somewhere if you want to dig it up.

I would ring mr stein at outrageous offroad (http://www.outrageousoffroad.co.uk/), or get one for a different vehicle and have someone local make it fit for you.
