Bumper Or Snow Plough?

Not sure if it looks good or not. Personally I think it looks like a snow plough, but I know some of you lot like this sort of thing. Looks like its got a slot for a winch attachment?

Could be worth a bid for someone, as I haven't seen anything like this advertised before.
