it was static discharge through her fleece that she rubbed, then touched the nozzle causing a spark, scarey stuff indeed, fleeces should be banned.

There was a BLEVE at milford haven oil storage depo back in the 80's , the fireball was estimated at 2500 feet high...... That was on a brigade training video
