  • 2nd Gen 3.0L Oil Filter

    Hi all,

Has anyone got a part number that I can go into, say, Wilco etc and get an engine oil filter?

Or is it better to pay £15 inc P&P and get one from Roughtrax?

    Cheers,
    Steve

Any parts shop will have one, its the same as any 87-on UK 2.4 deisel pickup, UK Diesel 3.0 4Runner, or Landcruiser FJ70 2.4 or 3.0 and Colorado with the 1KZ/TE motor. In fact most Toyota deisels.

Roughtrax ones are fine, but you'll be paying postage, so if you only want a filter its sensible to get it locally, unless you're local places are more than £15.

You could always go to Milners, they do oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter for about £45 the lot!

I replaced all the filters last time, I just want to do a oil/filter change in between.

        Thanks.

Why not see what the cost is to order three or four oil/air/fuel filters from Roughtrax. That way you won't have to go looking the next time you want to do a service.
