Collected the Surf on Monday
Now the tyres on there are 265/75/16 Yokohama Geolander and I want to fit BFG AT's,
What is the "correct" size that should be fitted ?
as I want to try and keep the gearing correct for towing the pikey van
If for example they should have 265/70/16's on, will that slight increase in diameter affect it to much ?...given the problems with overheating I want to keep it as happy as poss with 1600 kilo's on the back
On the Disco I fitted 265/75/16 BFG Muds, this made the ratio to high and I ended up fitting a 1.4 tranfer box from the standard 1.3 to get the gearing correct, went well but would'nt pull the skin off a rice puddin' till I changed it
