Thai Driving Test

My father is looking to retire to Thailand and has just been issued a years visa. At the same time, he was invited to apply for a Thai driving licence. Here is an example of the question you get. Could not help but laugh.

When can you not drive a car?

Answer choices are;
1 when its got no lights
2 when its got no brakes
3 when its got no windscreen
or
4 when it has bald tyres

And you only get one choice.

I asked a lad that i work with who is currently sitting his test.

His answer was: the bald tyres!!
