I've read this forum to death in an attempt not to be caught out (I no doubt still will be I'm sure...) I also get the feeling that tomorrow won't be the last time I get my cheque book out for this truck.

Yeah woodlands is on Cotmans Ash Lane, i know if you go in/out the other way to me you drive through the middle of the golf course, clubhouse on one side of the road and course on the other i think, but i normally go in from wrotham end of the road, the golf course is on the other side.
