help with tyres plz

http://www.lewis4x4.co.uk/ got specials on some tyres at the moment, i like the insa turbo special tracks (simex lookie likes) but they only got them in limited sizes (ie i need some 16" rims then i can go for the 265/75 R16s)

If my hunt for modular wheels is half succesfull then im going to end up with a set of 5 16" alloys up for grabs

but i need to secure other wheels first....or me surfs gunna be sat on bricks

check out some internet sites an get them delivered! Ive found some 285/75/16 kumho mts!! £416 delivered!!! an then Danno tells me thats expensive!!!

At those costs mate you an stormy could come up this way for a weekend!!( not like that lads!) get some tyres done at micheldever (CHEAP) n then check out the plains!!

Looks like we have the same taste in tyres....do you find that when you put power on going round a corner they just can't cope, I get spins or the back end wobbles like a losely set jelly.....

or is it just the way I drive??

Ive got bfg at's on mine at the moment! Ive had several little slip moments!! but most of mine come from too much power then letting off an turning!! I drifted into my local's car park the other day!!

ohh be fair! Its not THAT bad!! Its more then enough power for me! It dont give you break neck acceleration but it gets there alright! plus i've got SS exhaust! adds a few horses!!
