I was going to do a mesh grill aswell! But i couldnt work out how to get it off without smashing the clips and then i wasnt sure if i could pull it off well so i sold the mesh back to B&Q

Boy do i regret that now! Looks smart mate!
There were a couple of butt clenching moments with the disc cutter, but worked out OK!

you just push down on the clips and the grill comes off.

And on, then off again, then on, then off again, then back on, then you take it off and put the fan back on, then use the inidcator screws to fit the clips on, then take it all off again, then beat your head on the engine, and put everything back on where it should be, with the right screws and ta da!!!

How very dare you! That took my ages to put together, and I love it! Do you want me to make one for you, or would you rather it was made of hair tinting foils???
