good point, you know it will happen, within 5-10 years i reckon.

It'll never happen because some people cant afford to buy recent cars, so it would be discriminatory. A govt that is so anti discrimination in anything wouldn't allow it.

Besides, we wont have this govt for much longer. Gordon Brown's PMship will last until the next election and no further!
