have got my father in-laws surf it is the 2.4 model. but apparently it has a restrictor fitted by the previous owner and christ is it slow. before anyone tells me to get in contact with them, they have passed away please can someone help regards jason

does the turbo light on the dash come on???? or for that matter is the engine check light on???
