Project Super Surf Phase 1 - Initiated

I've dropped El Trucko Tremendo at my mates garage for phase one:

Snorkel
UJs
Rad cleanout & new hoses
Tappet / Valve clearance check & tune up
Bonnet scoop & vents installed


I've also asked him to move the lights from the lower valance, and put them onto the rear spoiler on a switch....nice!

Too late Mark - some dude in Tesco car park already did it - and besides, given that Mark (Vatchman) and Andrew (The Lovely Boyo) will be working on phase 2 - it's only fair I bring it to them clean

sounds quality. i want lights on my rear spoiler or somehwere like that but i dont have a truck rear, i have a boot like a landcruiser...

why not wash it?
i went out at 12pm today to spend some time restorative polish twice all over, then wax twice all over, then wd-40 the chrome, doors and tailgate hinges, then back to blacked the black stuff.
my truck looks like brand new
all i have to do now is order some carpet dye for the inside to dye it black.
its supposed to be grey carpet, but has sort of gone muddy brown. if i dye it black, it will match the recaros and top part of the door cards, and disguise the mud that i cant get out
