Hilift jack mounting

I used 2 exhaust clamp thingys with wing nut's for easy release.
Mind you if you leave it on top of your truck you better get a pad lock or chain.

Fits nicely behind the front seats... just...
Too much of a temptation for someone to try and lift (read half inch).

There are some platesyou can get now that give you a slot for these

But you will need some serious bumpers, and sidesteps to manage lifting...

I only have mine to winch the truck out of difficulty... not that ithad much opportunity over the last year... Just waiting for someone to get over to the US with an unlimited baggage allowance. what with the exchange rate...

Did pick up one of these to mount the jack on the rack... all the holes mesh up for padlocks - just haven't got round to mounting it. 1. it was calling my name. 2. they were giving it away.
