4wd Not Engaging

Hi,

I need your assistance to solve my problem in 4WD.
If I press the button of 4WD or shifting the gear forward into H4 front shaft is not enganging at all.
I checked the 4wd fuse it is OK.

Would you mind to assist me on the issue.

Hi I had this very same problem last week on my new surf so im no expert if you do a search on vac pipes, you will get a diagram showing the locations of the pipes check they are not split or loose. this seems to be the first thing to try. and it sorted my problem.

It could just be that it's not frequently been in FWD enough & needs waking up !!!!! Check all other related Threads also. Good Luck
Try Driving Forwards & Backwards few times after selecting FWD (DONT go of for a drive tho) or find some loose stuff & try it !!!!
