it's a standard garden hose, largely obscured by what appears to be a pump of some description.

It's a rear window motor, that hasn't seen any form of grease since it left Japan!

Probably not worth lubing your runners then!!
Main dealer prices are very high so try a scr@pyard for celica / corolla etc.
They are a bugger to get out of the door though. Or ebay normally have one from time to time.

It should look like this one when new - only this is the opposite hand for a passenger window............

Well as usual I read a thread and take the hint! No problems with my window yet so I popped out and lubed everything up to hopefully prevent one!

Have had a problem with the back window in mine for ages now. The motor runs but the window wont move. Had the motor out so many times, almost jumps out on its own now.Have given everything that can move a good clean and a lube, but still no go Looking at the sprocket in the picture in the first post, it looks to be thicker than the one on my motor. I keep getting the feeling that the sprocket isnt meshing with the window mechanism. Any Ideas please

it was auditioning for the part of danny last week... sinnitta and david gest liked it, but the others said no... it was a bit rusty and wouldn't go anywhere.
