What is this thing hanging with the spare wheel in the rear of this blue surf. Can it take the bicycles along?

Yes thats what it looks like to me, mine is the type attached to the tow bar as I don't have the rear mounted spare.

it looks to me as if its for the spare wheel instead of opening out n across it just lowers downwards?????? as i cant see the bar there for the wheel like on mine??? but what do i know im still learning about surfs

infact saw a similar thing in a s$$$$ juke store. had a long lever sort of thing moving vertically but i couldnt make out what it is. looks stylish hare in the pic

Seen something similar before. It does look very like a rear wheel mounted bike rack. The bar at the top pointing down is raised (one each side) for the frame top tube to sit on.

The wheel sure opens swing right like all others, see the latch handle visible behind the spare wheel.
i think TENZO is also written on it

They look like legs that fold down, so I'd say it,s some kind of picnic table type thing.
