grease for uj's and prop stuff

ok, i might be able to get hold of an empty grease gun
what would i fill this up with (eg what type of grease) to do the uj's and props (any others ive missedd?)

I think it's a lithium based grease, it's got a code/rating or something along the lines of 'NLGI 2' found it in the general servicing sticky thread somewhere i think
