Finding something good to watch is easy- just turn the tv on, doesn't matter what channel, then start doing something that requires some concentration, but sit either with your back to the telly, or in the next room so you can hear it but not see it. Hey presto something fantastic will be on- Battle of the River Plate,Meercat manor or such like...
