you lads led the way but i was not paying £50 for a head so i had to make it .
total cost £20 all in..

you should have seen the mess i made , plus i spilt a half Lt can of resin on my back seat .
it is just a card template and some plastic pipe held together with masking tape,
then just start to glass it up ( two layers ) and finish with a coat of filler .

cheers mate i will try to get some better pics of the finished head , its got a honeycomb ( speaker ) grill over the front ..and i need to paint the straps black.

frikkin hell, that photobucket effect really battered my already beer soaked noggin - but nice snorkel!
