  • computer question.

    where the hell do i find the wep network key for my home network.just had the step daughters laptop repaired now it keeps asking me for the network key,how or where do i find it.?????????

    It should be on the router

    what type do yo have?

        If that acts as your WAP (Wireless Access Point) as well as your Router, it should be on there - have a look for security under settings

          I had the same thing, phoned belkin, and she took me to their web site where you type in your own web key, make a note of it and enter it when aked into all computers connected to that network.

          Hope this helps.
