Just been in a garage enquiring about part ex, they gave me a half decent quote on my 04 plate picasso,

but when i asked about the surf he offered £500. no i haven't miss a number out £500.

has anyone else came across this problem with part ex on a surf or is it just this garage being awkward, as you can probably guess i didn't hang around to buy a car from them.

At that price it only proves that the colour makes all the difference. Not that I am in any way prejudiced toward burgundy.

A large well known garage in Inverness offered me £300 for my K reg surf went round the corner to next garge they offered me £2500. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to it just what ever mood the sales person is in

i might try somewhere else then, as its in good condition with no sign of rust,3L, i'm the first uk owner except the dealer and its never been off road, so its definately not been hammered.

Also has anyone had any dealings with motornation in widnes?
