Steer clear of Sainsbury's own version of 'Lilt' (pineapple & grapefruit crush) too. It tastes & smells like old cooking fat! Not exactly the tropical hit I was hoping for.
Maybe you could run a Surf on it though...

Dont know how you do it but i cant get to sleep at normal times after finishing nights did quite well getting to sleep at 2 am!!!
