    anyone used formula motor oils ?? @ is it any good ??

    I think for the type of engines in these vehicles just use the cheapest semi synth.
    I think I've seen it in the motor factors, so it should be ok, they don't normally sell junk.

        whats wrong with your oil pressure Dave cause since changing the turbo and oil and filters on mine since Salisbury i have noticed that once the engine is up to temp the oil pressure drops back to the first line on the gauge where it never used to as it would be about 1/3 on the gauge

          You could try some molyslip, its supposed to help boost oil pressure in older engines, I used some but as yet haven't noticed any great difference.

          Anybody else on here used it? any good?

            once oil gets hot its on first line allways used to sit on halfway line ,i think , got recon turbo in it so maybe i'm paranoid lol

                anyone tried forte oil stuff its meant to stop oil pressure dropping when hot ???

                  Of course it is possible that due to the age of these vehicles, the oil pressure sensor/gauge may no longer be accurate, in deed how accurate were they from new?
