Can someone tell me how to load a custom avatar please, and what size does it have to be??

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).

Took a while for mine to come through mate and that was before the forum went t1ts up! I know Nigel normally has a mountain of mail so unfortunately it's just a matter of biting your nails down to the wrist while you wait for your paid membership to start (I remember it well, my hands have just started to grow back)!
