Would anyone like one of these, yours for a mere £1.25 incl. P+P, email me a decent digital photo or a high res scan of your surf and i'll print it on a plastic card for you to keep close to your ar*e in your wallet, includes any text you wish. 50p of every card sold goes to macmillan

paypal will be fine, send me a photo when your ready and what text you want on it and thats it, you'll get the card within 2 days
