I have just signed this (stop the harassment of 4x4 owners) petition which now has 610 signatures compare to that stupid petition of David Cunningham’s… I can just picture him as one of those idiot “Sunday Drivers” that hog the center lane of motorways


Yes, I’m sure there are some 4x4 drivers that use bully tactics, but what about “White Van Drivers”, “Private Hire Taxis” and the dreaded “Sales Reps”…. they are often much worse than 4x4 owners.

Just signed the stop picking on 4x4 owners. As for the stopping 4x4s from using the fast lane then that's stupid. Is the guy who made that petition one of the sales reps that tailgate you in the fast lane?

'Stop 4 x4 owners using the fast lane'! My Surf does a steady 70+ on the motorway and I don't see why I shouldn't overtake when some gits sitting in the middle lane doing 50! What about the di*kheads who pull out in front of me at junctions when I'm trundling along nicely at 55 then force me to drop to 45 which makes the overdrive drop out. I sit behind them mutering to myself ' Just get the bl00dy car above 50!'

Biggest offenders are older people who insist on buying powerful cars and then tootle along at 35 mph. Grrrrrrrrrr don't get me started.
