The Surf Becomes A SOAP Star

Today i have had the pleasure of working on a film set at the Knowsley 4x4 site & i managed to get my surf in camera on the opening scene in an episode of HOLLYOAKS. I dont watch this soap so i dont know the names of the characters. Anyway this lad surprises his wife with a 4x4 offroad day the opening scene shows my surf parked next to a rangerover, He tells her he has booked this offroad day the camera shows them infront of my SURF they then proceed to enter the rangerover, its only a small part but i succeeded in what i aimed to do.
So if you watch HOLLYOAKS it should be screened in the next 4 weeks.

Also spent the day ferrying camera & sound equipment around the site.
Also the stars, director & various staff

Sorry but the rangerover was already written in the script as IZZY'S dad has one. The two characters were IZZY & BEN a very nice couple,
but in the soap they are always at each others throats always arguing.
It was a fun day & recieved nothing but thankyou all day from the actors cast director & crew. they really looked after us food cakes tea & coffee 11 hours in the cold wet weather to produce around 6 minutes of footage.

Sounds like you were indespensible to them Marky... one wonders why the rangerover wasn't pressed into service.... prob couldn't cope with the MUD!
