MMMmm that's interesting. No blokes have sent in pics yet, but Jenny and Linda have..............So does that count as a vote in my favour or are you coming out in sympathy with Lesley? (Mrs K).
The Pot Noodle container is holding the nuts (steady) that belong to the radio test set, which has been in pieces since just after Xmas.In front of the monitor is all the correspondence that I leave on the kitchen table, dumped there by Mrs K on the grounds that it doesn't belong in the kitchen.
I hope I didn't get my credit card statement in shot, because it is in credit, which is disgraceful.
It sounds like I am making excuses now

My two working areas are so disgusting I couldn't post pictures as they would probably melt anyone's eyes who looked at them.

My home office has been taken over by my 21 year old stepdaughter for here Uni work and it has more books and paperwork than is possible in such a small room. I can only just get to my PC so most of the time I use my laptop on the dining room table using the wireless lan.

My Garage is a real Pit and could definately benefit from a good clean out and me getting my finger out and changing the Sunroof on the Surf. I have my replacement Sunroof unit in there and it is taking up much too much room. I could probably do with a skip as well but I suppose I'll just have to load up the Surf and go down the dump.

I'm at work so I can post pictures.
But let me describe the spare room in my house.

1 computer on desk.
1 old computer on floor disconnected.
Computer components over the desk.
1 old laptop.

4 snowboards, half waxed, with wax all over the floor.
Including snowboard boots, binding and accessories scattered liberally round the room.

Several large pieces of wood, partly cut, for fixing the bath panel.
With saws and toolbox lying next to them.

Several empty beer bottles.

A corner full of original Star Wars toys.

A futon covered in clean clothes that can't be put away because of the old tv dropped in front of the wardrobe doors.

3 boxes of Xmas decorations waiting to be put in the loft, once I've insulated the loft and put in flooring.

That's about it.

The Office ( Smallest bedroom ) has the following :

2 Working PC's
1 Dead PC
3 Monitors ( I have a double screen on mine , very handy )
1 Laserjet
1 Inkjet
1 Scanner
1 Set of Dolby 5.1 Speakers
1 Hub
1 Cable Modem
1 Desk fan to keep me cool

Then ontop of that is all my ebay stuff waiting to be sent/photographed

Then Zoe is a primary scool teacher , so there are hundreds of kids books and worksheets etc waiting to be marked , or whatever she does.

Looking at the above list , I realise why the power consumption is quite high ! Plus its all running from one socket on various Gang plugs !

Just waiting to get into my double length garage to start clearing out the junk , cant actually get into at the moment , and I seem to remeber setting up a scalextrix set down at the bottom somewhere !

I dont have a pic but to give you an idea 2/3rds of our bedroom is now a laminating workshop. only when I got all the vacuum kit and laminating tables in did my missis declare war on my project !

The stack of black boxes at the back of my room is several thousand 7" single play records. The large coloured boxes are LP's. My 3M powerkite is lying on top. Oh and tons of "useful" radio junk! CQ CQ CQ

put stuff down... it get's tidied!

mine's so efficient, if i get a plate out for dinner, she picks it up, washes it and puts it away before i've used it!... you gotta be quick around here!

but hey, i think i'll be shot of her soon, i keep hiding things, so she thinks she's going mad!

where can i get one of these mums?
couple years ago i helped mate of mine take his washing machine out of his house, take it to his mums house swop um over cos her washing machines colour match his colours in his kitchen.
when down to his place few weeks later for a party, his mum was there
and said to her something wrong with that machine of yours mum.

I have to keep mine like a show house or there is war to pay. Thats why I rent a workshop with no heating or hot water. I go there and make a mess and non of the family want to follow me up there.
