Some have put a (modified) Landcruiser Prado system on. The thread is on here somewhere.
    It's only a hobby!

LA Supertrucks built a really trick intake and exhaust system for a big crew cab hilux a couple of years ago, give then a call and ask if they can help.

just been on some ozzy web sites and they have had good results
with 2.5_3 inch systems (and running higher boost).
also the lucky b.6@tards have suppliers coming out of there ears,
surley there must be companies over here doing them.

try longlife exhasts, they quoted me £289 for a fully fitted custom built stainless exhaust. you can choose exactly what you want, eg. more performance, more noise, nice shape, etc. and they build it from scratch and fit it in 3 hrs!

(this is an email they sent me)
i can't comment on their work as i haven't got round to booking an appointment yet, but they sound good!
          Many thanks for your email.

Longlife are the longest established custom built, stainless steel exhaust company in the UK, and operate from an expanding number of Longlife Centres in England and Wales.

Our experience has been gained over 7 years of trading, and thousands of happy customers.

Not all so called stainless exhausts stay shiny, and can resonate because the tube used can be thin 409 grade, which also rusts when subjected to salt solution, as experienced during the winter conditions on UK roads.

The 409 grade silencers can be built from thinner case material, and are often single packed with E glass, which is often rejected out of the rear tail pipe.

All Longlife branded systems are built from 2mm thick wall, 304 grade stainless steel, unaffected by salt, and Longlife silencers are constructed to a standard which ensures the risk of E glass rejection is eliminated.

We have no connection with a company, who have entered the market, from South Africa, with 409 grade systems, embossed with the generic term longlife exhaust.

You could also try Pipecraft - they specialise in American cars but do make custom jobs. And as American cars tend to have pretty large exhausts (My Camaro had a 3" diameter twin system) the they will have the capacity on the pipe benders and the right size mufflers for a decent size exhaust.

                      Cheers
