don't think much of the new golf gti, just had a little play with one down the A120 and it couldn't keep up, mind you i did get up to around 145mph, the surf may be good fun but every now and again it's nice to go fast init

GOLFS dont loosen up for a few 1000 miles as the new Engine is a bit tight.

My mate has one & it was very Sluggish for a few Thousand miles.

True, but they do have to know where you were speeding to make it stick.... the A120 won't cut it unless its a very very short road!
