Hi All
This post is to get some idea of numbers I am in negotiations at the moment for those of you who wish to go to the 4x4 show in August at Sandy in Bedfordshire to have a stop over camping in a large garden. This would facilitate the fact we could have a big BBQ (stop dribbling pops
).
I am not promising that i can get this field but if i get an idea of numbers I can put the suggestion forward and also get an idea of how much it will cost, Obviously we will need the catering gurus in on this so we can organise a BBQ.
So please give us an idea of who might come and who can help in organising the Caberet( no donuts Nigel)
If i can get the field it will be under the forums wings only so numbers will be limited..
