What are you planning on towing? Coz the brackets look a little lightweight to me.
For a smaller trailer it looks OK but if you're planning on hauling something heavy I'd spend more money. Watching your horse box overtake you would not impress the kids!
I've got a Witter and the side plates and cross bar are a much heavier gauge steel. The bolts that hold it together are all M12 high tensile.Another member of the 'A' team

I fitted one of these for Mooter, they are cheap but adequate. Took a lot of filing holes out to make it all line up.
Its not a 'proper' reciever hitch, just how they bolt the bit the ball fixes to on, none of the real reciever hitch accessories will fit.
I'd give it 6-7 out 10.
If I remember rightly it has no approvals or anything.4x4toys.co.uk - Keeping you on and off the road...

This will raise a smile….
My 2 nephews are both really into off-road bikes but the local police are clamping down on kids riding in unsuitable areas (confiscating bikes)…. So my Brother asks if I can get a tow-bar fitted to my Surf so we can borrow a trailer and go somewhere safer (he has a driving ban, 50 odd points).
So I say “and who is going to pay the £100 and help me fit it?” (bearing in mind it’s going to cost me about £900 to get my Surf fixed next week and I then I still need new tyres)……
His reply:
“Just bolt a tow-ball to your bumper”…
Silly Boy!!!Mine WAS a 150 bhp V6 and ran on PETROL
