ebay bidding programme help

Hi folks
I saw mentioned on the forum a while ago a programme that allows you to make a bid in the last seconds of an auction on ebay. Now I want to use it I can't remember the name and a search hasn't found it.
The name and website to download it from would be much appreciated!
