Yep the PCD is the same
Never seen these fitted on a 2nd Gen before, but I've seen 'em on the 3rd Gen and they look excellent, they also have a different offset so will widen the track slightly.
I've been on the lookout for a set of these myself for about a year, but they don't crop up too often over here
