the bloke at Toyota never said anything about the Turbo to Exhaust gasket and i never thought anything about it either.I will see what its like when i get the turbo out and if need be i will get another.

You can use exhaust joint paste for that.
I buy it in a mastic tube for about £5.

they're a solid gasket, i really wouldn't worry about it. well, the 1st gen's gaskets were anyway!

Speak up Richard. Can't hear you. I ordered two gaskets when I had the front exhaust section replaced, and they still used sealant on the turbo joint anyhow, so I wouldn't worry about it. (Never did find out why they used sealant instead of the gasket).
