  • Give me a price

If any Surf genius out there is interested in giving me a price for a 2" body lift, please feel free. I live in Birmingham but I will bring my surf to you and even help (im not too bad with a set of spanners and a camera, so i can post pics). I no longer have the space to do this kind of work in my garage as it has been taken up with a new boat. I am possibly looking at having it done in March or later. I am interested in the body lift because i also want to fit a top mount intercooler (you can give me a price for that too if you wish) in the not too distant future. Please sharpen your pencil when quoting as i am not loaded and as i said earlier, i will help. Please be gentle with me (and my surf) Thanks in advance.

bodylifting really is easy enough for DIY once you got the kit. so is intercooler, only awkward bit is the psychological barrier of cutting a big hole in your bonnet!
i swear, it was like that when i got here...

As i said i dont mind doing it myself, just a struggle for space at the moment and this limits what i can do, its not a job i would like to on the drive at that time of year, still a possibility yet, just depends on wether i am "Quoted happy " or not.

talk to Jotto about the body lift kit you may have to trim out the bulkhead where the steering column goes thru and also trim the body where the hi/lo selector is

it shouldn't take too long to fit 2-3 hours

Looks like you are set up, but if you want a alternative quote, generally I charge £200 labour to supply and fit a 2" body lift.

Obviously it's not gonna compete with someone helping you out in their spare time, but there you go!
