Just bought a new surf but not sure how the stereo works, its a Sony WX-C55 model. Has anyone got a copy of the user manual I could have please?

Is there anywhere I can download a copy of the user manual, I done the schematic manual but that doesn't tell me how to operate the stereo

why you want double din?... just get a regular UK spec single with a manual and english instructions!

I just want to know how it works, and why it keeps spitting out my cd's and shutting down

If it's just spitting out normal cd's then it sounds more like a fault with the unit, than not knowing how to operate it. Is it one you've just bought?

the double din unit in the celica does exactly the same,but when the mrs turns it back on she can only lsten to the radio

No its one which came with the surf

anything in that manual Morr posted? There's sometimes a fault finder flowchart type thing in the back.
